I recently bought an Aeropress and a bag of their Heza whole bean coffee. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no issues there. Shipping took about 4 business days to get to me, which was fine. I had a quick question about grind settings for the Aeropress, so I used their online chat. The customer service rep was pretty helpful and knew their stuff. The coffee itself was excellent, a really clean cup with good flavor. The Aeropress works perfectly, as expected. Overall, a solid experience and I'm happy with my purchase.
Decent coffee, shipping could be faster
I ordered a bag of their Agaro coffee, a single origin. The coffee itself was quite good, very fresh when it arrived and had a nice flavor profile. I appreciated that they put the roast date right on the bag. The website was easy enough to navigate to find what I wanted. My only small complaint was the shipping time; it took almost a full week to get to me after I ordered. Not terrible, but I've definitely had coffee orders arrive quicker from other places. Still, the quality of the coffee made up for it mostly. Good value for what I paid.
